DESCRIPTION
Facilities budgeted for two new vehicles in FY24/25, but due to delays, the vehicles were delivered in FY25/26. As a result, the expenses were incurred this year without an allocated budget.
RECOMMENDATION
Request Board approve budget amendment to transfer funds from the Facilities Operating Budget to the Facilities Capital Budget within the General Fund ($107,503 One-time transfer).
FISCAL IMPACT
Funds are available and budgeted in the General Fund within the Facilities Operating Budget. Budget Amendment transfers funds from the Facilities Operating budget to the Facilities Capital Budget.
