DESCRIPTION
Rehabilitation/Reconstruction Work Contract Case #NC24-SHIP-001 was approved for new construction on June 4, 2024, for the contract amount of $184,989.00 and a Grant in the amount of $5,019.20 for total project amount of $190,008.20. During the construction there are additional costs associated with the tapping and tie in of the sewer and water utilities, supply and install a dishwasher, washer and dryer unit, supply and install a Refrigerator Cabinet End panel. The cost of the additional repairs will be $9,000.00. This increases the contract to $193,989.00 and no additional grant funds for a total project cost of $199,008.20.
RECOMMENDATION
Request Board approval of this SHIP modification #1 Rehabilitation/Replacement Work Contract.
FISCAL IMPACT
Funds are available in the Affordable Housing Trust Fund.
