Approve a SHIP Homeowner Assistance Agreement for Case #RC25-SHIP-013 in the amount of $193,750.00 for home Demolition/Reconstruction. Also, approve a SHIP Demolition/Reconstruction Grant Agreement in the amount of $11,817.50 for construction soft costs. The total project cost is $205,567.50.
For reference, the 2026 International Building Code Valuation Table identifies an estimated construction cost of $175.92 per square foot. The total project cost for this home is $144.26 per square foot.
RECOMMENDATION
