DESCRIPTION
This is an applicant-initiated Future Land Use Map Amendment to change 5.15 acres from Residential-Low (RL) to Industrial (IND) and change the text of Section 2.135 of the Comprehensive Plan to limit the intensity of the IND activity on the site. This case is related to LDCT-2026-23, an LDC text amendment for the same property. The property is located north of Highway 542 East, east of Reynolds Road, south of US Highway 92, and east of the City of Lakeland, in Section 14, Township 28, Range 24.
