DESCRIPTION
The Roads and Drainage Division requested Procurement to solicit bids from qualified contractors who were interested in constructing drainage improvements within the Stonewood subdivision located in unincorporated Polk County. The work primarily consists of installing underdrain systems to protect roadway infrastructure, reconstruction of existing pavement at the eastern portion of the subdivision and replacement of failing pipes at three locations within the subdivision.
Bid 24-623, Stonewood Subdivision Drainage Improvement Project - ARP was issued, and three contractors submitted bids. The lowest responsive bid was submitted by Harris McBurney Company.

A recommendation of award was issued to Harris McBurney Company, and no protests were received. This project is fully funded through the American Rescue Plan through the United States Department of Treasury.
