DESCRIPTION

Approve SHIP rehabilitation/replacement Homeowner Assistance Agreement for Case #RC24-SHIP-008 in the amount of $186,307.00 for home replacement and rehabilitation/replacement Grant Agreement in the amount of $10,679.21 for construction soft costs, for a total project cost of $196,986.21.

 

RECOMMENDATION

Request approval of this SHIP rehabilitation/replacement agreement.

 

FISCAL IMPACT

Funds are available in the Affordable Housing Trust Fund.
