These projects are partially funded through the American Rescue Plan through the United States Department of Treasury. ($716,732 one-time expense)

DESCRIPTION
The design phase for the Holly Hill Road/Florida Development Road Project is complete. Funding was included in the Roads and Drainage FY 25/26 CIP using ARP funds; however, the decision was made to place the Holly Hill Road/Florida Development Road Project on hold and prioritize the Deen Still Rd/Waverly Barn Rd/ Northridge Trail Project, which is also partially funded with ARP funds. Since the Holly Hill Road/Florida Development Road Project is funded with ARP funds and has been placed on hold, it is desirable to transfer ARP funds to the Deen Still Rd/Waverly Barn Rd/ Northridge Trail Project. This transfer will ensure maximization and use of ARP funds on another ARP funded project and does not increase or decrease the Roads and Drainage CIP Budget.
RECOMMENDATION
Request Board approve the CIP Amendment and budget transfer of $716,732 in American Rescue Plan funds from the Holly Hill Rd/Florida Development Rd Project to the Deen Still Rd/Waverly Barn Rd/ Northridge Trail Project.
FISCAL IMPACT
Upon approval of this CIP Amendment and budget funding transfer of American Rescue Plan Funds, funds will be available in the Deen Still Rd/Waverly Barn Rd/ Northridge Trail Project.
