DESCRIPTION

Rebecca Hammock of Pape-Dawson Engineers Inc., on behalf of Duke Energy Florida Inc. requests an electric power substation residential setback reduction from 100 feet to 50 feet and relief from the height restriction of 50 feet for four (4) 70-foot-tall lightning masts for expansion of an existing electrical power substation in a Residential High (RHX) district. The property is located at 1800 Florida Development Road, east of Balsam Drive, south of Tallowwood Land, east U.S. Highway 27, south of Ridgewood Lakes Boulevard, north of Haines City, in Section 29, Township 26, Range 27.
