On November 21, 2023, the Board accepted Maintenance Bond No. SU 1196179 in the amount of $131,603.46. A warranty inspection was performed on September 17, 2024, concerning all items listed in the engineer’s cost estimate. These items have been completed to the satisfaction of Polk County. The Land Development Division requests the Board release Maintenance Bond No. SU 1196179 in the amount of $131,603.46.
RECOMMENDATION
Request Board approve the release of Maintenance Bond No. SU 1196179 in the amount of $131,603.46 for Hawthorne Phase 1 Roadway.
