Approve a SHIP Homeowner Assistance Agreement for Case #RC25-SHIP-004 in the amount of $209,000.00 for home Demolition/Reconstruction. Also, a SHIP Demolition/Reconstruction Grant Agreement in the amount of $12,450.00 for construction soft costs. The total project cost is $221,450.00.
For reference, the 2026 International Building Code Valuation Table identifies an estimated construction cost of $175.92 per square foot. The total project cost for this home is $155.40 per square foot
