Approve SHIP Hurricane Housing Recovery Program rehabilitation/replacement Homeowner Assistance Agreement for Case #DR23-S-IAN-006 in the amount of $196,875.00 for home replacement and rehabilitation/replacement Grant Agreement in the amount of $8,334.20 for construction soft costs, for a total project cost of $205,209.20.
RECOMMENDATION
Request approval of this SHIP Hurricane Housing Recovery Program rehabilitation/replacement agreement.
FISCAL IMPACT
Funds are available in the Affordable Housing Trust Fund.
