DESCRIPTION

This is an applicant-initiated request for property located south and east of Marigold Avenue, north of County Road 542 (Lake Hatchineha Road), and west of Osceola County Line, east of Haines City, in Section 01, Township 28, Range 28. State law requires one Planning Commission hearing, which will be held on October 1, 2025.

 

RECOMMENDATION

Request Board set the adoption hearing date for October 21, 2025, at 9:15 a.m.
