DESCRIPTION

This is an applicant-initiated Small-Scale Comprehensive Plan Map Amendment for property located south and east of Marigold Avenue, north of County Road 542 (Lake Hatchineha Road, and west of Osceola County Line, east of Haines City, in Section 01, Township 28, Range 28.

State law requires one Planning Commission hearing, which was held on November 5th, 2025, with a recommendation for approval (7:0).

Section 163.3187, Florida Statutes require the local governing board to take action on the proposed amendment.
