DESCRIPTION

This is a County initiated request for property located on the south side of US 98 (SR700), east side of Parrish Road., West side of Keller Road, and north of Pattie Lane, east of Fort Mead city limits, in Section 36, Township 31 and Range 25. State law requires one Planning Commission hearing, which was held July 8, 2026, with a recommendation of approval by a 7:0 vote. This is the transmittal hearing. The adoption hearing is scheduled for October 6, 2026.
