DESCRIPTION
On February 3, 2026, the Board approved a Reimbursement Agreement with Frontier Communications to pay for a full-time field inspector. This inspector will be representing the Roads & Drainage Division and will be assigned to monitor Frontier construction projects countywide. Frontier has a project to upgrade their fiber network in Polk County in 2026. This CSA will cover 11 months of inspection services. Frontier will be reimbursing the County for these costs.
RECOMMENDATION
Request Board approve CSA No. 2025-054-02 with the Consultant in the amount of $155,001 to provide inspection services for the Frontier Communications Fiber Upgrade Project.
FISCAL IMPACT
Funds are budgeted and available in the Transportation Millage Fund.
