DESCRIPTION
State law requires that the Board of County Commissioners approve the budget of the Polk County Workforce Development Board, Inc. (CareerSource Polk) each fiscal year. CareerSource Polk’s board approved the final budget in August and is now requesting the approval of the Polk County BoCC as required by the State of Florida.
RECOMMENDATION
Request Board approve the FY 2025-2026 Polk County Workforce Development Board, Inc. d/b/a CareerSource Polk’s Final Budget.

There is no fiscal impact.
