DESCRIPTION
County staff and the FDOT have reached agreement to make improvements to the US 27 @ Tierra Del Sol Blvd/Central Grove Rd intersection. The FDOT is supplying the materials needed for the new traffic signal to be installed. The County will be hiring the contractor to construct the improvements using the materials supplied by the FDOT.
RECOMMENDATION
Request the Board approve the Construction Agreement with FDOT for the US 27 @ Tierra Del Sol Blvd/Central Grove Rd Intersection Improvement Project and approve the associated Resolution that authorizes the Chairman to execute the Construction Agreement.

No Fiscal impact at this time.
