DESCRIPTION
This request is to accept an eighteen-month warranty and surety in the amount of $2,713.50 in the form of Maintenance Bond No. SU1206969-M, which represents 10% of the cost of the publicly dedicated infrastructure for ownership, operation and maintenance responsibilities for Fifth Third Bank Champions Crossing per Land Development Code Section 909.D.6. This warranty is for an eighteen-month period beginning with the Board’s acceptance. This one-year warranty period begins on January 20, 2025 and ends on July 20, 2027.
RECOMMENDATION
Request Board accept an eighteen-month warranty expiring on July 20, 2027, and a Maintenance Bond in the amount of $2,713.50 for Fifth Third Bank Champions Crossing.
