DESCRIPTION

This is an applicant-initiated request for a Small-Scale Comprehensive Plan Amendment to change the Future Land Use Designations from Development of Regional Impact (DRI) in the Rural Development Area (RDA) to Residential (RL) in the Utility Enclave Area (UEA) on 17.48-acre parcels of property in the Poinciana Master Plan. Site is located south and east of Marigold Avenue, west of Osceola County Line, and north of County Road 542 (Lake Hatchineha Road), east of the City of Haines City, in Sections 01, Township 28, and Range 28.
