DESCRIPTION

This is an applicant-initiated request for property located on the west side of US 27, south of Holly Hill Grove Road 2, north of Holly Hill Grove Road 1, and east of the City of Haines City, in Section 30, Township 26, Range 27.

 

State law requires one Planning Commission hearing, which was held on July 9, 2025, with a recommendation for approval (Vote 4:3).  This is the Adoption hearing.  This request was transmitted to the Florida Department of Commerce on August 14, 2025.
