DESCRIPTION
Case #DR24-S-IAN-018 was approved for rehabilitation on October 15, 2024, with a mortgage of $199,562.50 and a grant agreement of $8,177.20, for a total project cost of $207,739.70. During the rehabilitation it was determined that additional work is needed to remove an additional concrete foundation under the home. The cost of the additional repairs will be $2,450.00 and the additional recording costs will be $36.00. This increases the mortgage to $202,012.50 and the grant agreement to $8,213.20, for a total project cost of $210,225.70.
RECOMMENDATION
Request approval of this SHIP HHRP modification rehabilitation program agreement.
FISCAL IMPACT
Funds are available in the Affordable Housing Trust Fund.
