Approve Amendment to Lease No. 357 between Polk County and The Auburndale Chamber of Commerce, Inc. (No fiscal impact)

DESCRIPTION
The Auburndale Chamber of Commerce, Inc. (the “Chamber”) is a nonprofit corporation organized to serve Auburndale and Polk County citizens by providing individuals and businesses with opportunities for economic growth within the community. The Chamber has leased office space within the Polk County Tourism and Sports Marketing Headquarters located at 2701 Lake Myrtle Park Road in Auburndale since June of 2019. A new addition was recently added to the building and the County and the Chamber have mutually agreed to relocate the Chamber’s offices to the new addition. An Amendment to Lease No. 357 has been prepared which revises the lease location to Office Numbers 101, 102 and 104 with all other terms and conditions of the original lease remaining the same. Approving the above-mentioned Amendment will allow the Chamber to relocate to the new office space to continue to provide its services to the community.
RECOMMENDATION
Request Board approve the aforementioned Amendment to Lease No. 357 with The Auburndale Chamber of Commerce, Inc
