DESCRIPTION
Utilities requested Procurement to solicit proposals from qualified firms to review water, wastewater, and reclaimed water system utility customer billings to identify any errors.
Request for Proposal (RFP) 24-262 was issued and one firm submitted a proposal, Water Company of America. The selection committee met on May 16, 2024, to score the proposal. After scoring the proposal, the selection committee collectively decided to request the Board authorize staff to enter into contract negotiations with the proposer.
