DESCRIPTION
A Road Closure Request Form dated 12/20/24 was submitted by Tucker Paving, Inc. requesting the closure of W. Lake Marion Road (“W. Lake Marion Road Closure Request”) for a period of 113 days for reclamation and total reconstruction to include roundabout and storm crossings. Road closures severely inconvenience the general public and increase traffic on detour roads. The proposed resolution denies the W. Lake Marion Road Closure Request and prohibits county road closures without the Board of County Commissioners approval.
