DESCRIPTION

This is an applicant-initiated Small-Scale Comprehensive Plan Map Amendment for property located west of US Highway 27, east of Eloise Loop, north of Thompson Nursery Road, surrounded by the City of Winter Haven, in Sections 17, Township 29, and Range 27.
