DESCRIPTION

This is a request for a variance of 14 feet, 6 inches from the maximum 50-foot-high height limitation in the Leisure/Recreation Land Use District. The subject property is located at 3200 River Ranch Boulevard, River Ranch, FL 33867, located south of State Road 60, west of the Kissimmee River, east of River Ranch Boulevard, and east of the Cities of Lake Wales and Frostproof in Section 23, Township 31, Range 31.
