DESCRIPTION
On August 8, 2023, the Board accepted a performance surety bond in the amount of $1,885,386.98 for miscellaneous construction items. An inspection was performed on March 2, 2026, concerning the miscellaneous construction items. These items have been completed to the satisfaction of Polk County. The Land Development Division requests the Board release Performance Bond No. 08BSBJA9482 in the amount of $1,885,386.98.
RECOMMENDATION
Request Board approve the release of Performance Bond No. 08BSBJA9482 in the amount of $1,885,386.98 for Fulton Meadows (aka East Atlantic Property).
