Approve Homeowner Assistance Agreement for Case #RC25-HOME-002 in the amount of $182,798.00 for a home replacement and a HOME Rehabilitation/Replacement program Grant Agreement in the amount of $11,148.94 construction soft costs, for a total project cost of $193,946.94.
RECOMMENDATION
Request approval of this HOME rehabilitation/replacement program 1) Homeowner Assistance Agreement and 2) Grant Agreement for Case #RC25-HOME-002.
FISCAL IMPACT
Funds are available in the Special Revenue Grant Fund.
