DESCRIPTION
On November 22, 2022, the Board accepted a performance surety bond in the amount of $8,548,772.98 for miscellaneous construction items. An inspection was performed on October 31, 2023, concerning the miscellaneous construction items. These items have been completed to the satisfaction of Polk County. The Land Development Division requests the Board release the Irrevocable Letter of Credit No. FGAC-22516 in the amount of $8,548,772.98.
RECOMMENDATION
Request Board approve the release of the Irrevocable Letter of Credit No. FGAC-22516 in the amount of $8,548,772.98 for Garden Hills at Providence Phase 1.
