Go Logix LLC, has previously held a Certification of Public Convenience and Necessity (COPCN) pursuant to Polk County Ordinance 12-029 to operate a Type H, Basic Life Support (BLS) Transport Service within Polk County. Go Logix LLC is requesting the renewal of their current COPCN.
