DESCRIPTION

This is an applicant-initiated request for property located on the north side of Pine Street, between Mackerel Road and Laurel Avenue, east of the City of Haines City, in Section 2, Township 28, Range 28.  State law requires one Planning Commission hearing, which was held April 1, 2026, with a recommendation for approval (7:0).
