DESCRIPTION

In preparation for hurricane seasons, the Board has previously provided direction that it desires to authorize the County Manager to adjust landfill rates to encourage residents to remove yard waste from their property in preparation for hurricane season. 

 

RECOMMENDATION

Authorize County Manager from May 1 to June 30 to adjust landfill rates annually, as necessary, to address yard waste to prepare for hurricane season.

No fiscal impact.
