DESCRIPTION
For this final closeout, a contract amount decrease is being requested, in the amount of $347,410.52, as a final reconciliation Change Order No. 3. This amount is the remaining contingency and allowance balance that is on Contract No. 2023-022. Please see the attached documents which are required for proper final closeout: Final Change Order for cost decrease; Signed Final & Substantial Completion Forms; Consent of Surety; Final Pay Application No. 18.
