On March 19th, 2024, the Board accepted a performance surety bond in the amount of $2,785,273.37 for miscellaneous construction items. An inspection was performed on May 7th, 2025, concerning the miscellaneous construction items. These items have been completed to the satisfaction of Polk County. The Land Development Division requests the Board release Performance Bond No. 41K236939 in the amount of $2,785,273.37.
