DESCRIPTION
The Sidewalk Advisory Committee has approved the request to construct a new sidewalk along Colbert Road. The new sidewalk will fill in a gap and provide a pedestrian connection from US 98 to CR 540 (Clubhouse Road). The Colbert Road Sidewalk Project is included in the current year CIP for the Roads & Drainage Division. County staff has negotiated with the Consultant to provide design services under Master Agreement No. 2022-091. This CSA will allow the Consultant to design the new sidewalk at a not-to-exceed fee of $198,853.31, as detailed in “Exhibit A”.
RECOMMENDATION
Request Board approve CSA No. 2022-091-03 with Kisinger, Campo & Associates, Corp. at a cost not-to-exceed $198,853.31 for the Colbert Road Sidewalk Project.
FISCAL IMPACT
Fund available in the Roads and Drainage 5-year CIP within the Transportation Millage Fund for Sidewalk Projects.
