DESCRIPTION
RCMA Daycare Expansion is a commercial development. This project received construction plan approval from Polk County on September 18, 2019, RCMA Daycare Expansion is located in the Southwest Regional Utility Service Area in S-29, T-29, R-23, and is located on Academy Drive in Mulberry, Florida. All requirements for acceptance of the RCMA Daycare Expansion potable water utility system improvements have been met. The Land Development Division has reviewed all of the documentation presented and recommends acceptance of these improvements.
RECOMMENDATION
Request Board accept the potable water utility system improvements of RCMA Daycare Expansion for ownership, operation, and maintenance responsibilities by Polk County Utilities.

No fiscal impact.
