DESCRIPTION

Approve SHIP rehabilitation/replacement Homeowner Assistance Agreement for Case #RC23-SHIP-016 in the amount of $175,470.00 for home replacement and rehabilitation/replacement Grant Agreement in the amount of $11,114.10 for construction soft costs, for a total project cost of $186,584.10.

 

RECOMMENDATION

Request approval of this SHIP rehabilitation/replacement agreement.

 

FISCAL IMPACT

Funds are available in the Affordable Housing Trust Fund.
