DESCRIPTION
A Claim of Lien for an Affordable Housing Impact Fee Waiver was recorded in 2014 imposing a lien in the amount of $4,160 against property owned by Pericles and Susan Lorenzo in Polk County. The lien has expired according to its terms effective January 30, 2021, which was seven (7) years following the lien commencement date. The owners have requested a Release of Lien be recorded acknowledging such expiration.
RECOMMENDATION
Authorize the Chairman to execute the Release of Lien and authorize staff to record the Release of Lien in the Public Records of Polk County, Florida.
FISCAL IMPACT
The cost of recording the Release of Lien will be paid by the property owners.
