DESCRIPTION
This CSA is needed to allow the Consultant to provide design services on the project. The design is anticipated to be 12 months. The Consultant will provide the design of a traffic signal-controlled intersection along Carter Road where it intersects Eaglebrook Boulevard/Christina Boulevard East. The design will include full facilities for pedestrians. The Consultant will also provide construction contract documents, as well as incidental engineering services post-design.
RECOMMENDATION
Request Board approve CSA No. 2022-087-03 with HDR, Inc. for the Carter Road at Eaglebrook Boulevard Intersection Project. ($393,548.40 one-time expense)
FISCAL IMPACT
Funds are budgeted in the Transportation Trust Fund.
