DESCRIPTION
The Utilities Division requested Procurement to solicit proposals from qualified consulting firms for the purpose of selecting experienced and qualified firms to provide professional engineering services on a continuing rotational basis in accordance with F.S. 287.055, known as the Consultants' Competitive Negotiation Act.
Request for Proposal (RFP) 23-448, Utilities Design Services & Regulatory Support Services was issued, and fifteen firms submitted proposals. On October 17, 2023, the Board authorized staff to negotiate master consulting agreements with all fifteen firms. These firms are as follows:
