DESCRIPTION

This is an applicant-initiated request for property located south of State Road 540 (Winter Lake Road), west of Elam Road, north of Lake Hancock Road, east of US Highway 98, and southeast of Lakeland, in Section 11, Township 29, Range 24. State law requires one Planning Commission hearing, which was held May 7, 2025, with a recommendation of approval by a 7:0 vote.

 

RECOMMENDATION

Request Board set the adoption hearing date for June 17, 2025, at 9:15 a.m.
