DESCRIPTION
Approve the Homeowner Assistance Agreement for Case #RC25-SHIP-009 in the amount of $183,200.00 for a home replacement. Also, approve a SHIP Rehabilitation/Replacement Grant Agreement in the amount of $11,161.00 for construction soft costs. The total project cost is $194,361.00.
For reference, the 2026 International Building Code Valuation Table identifies an estimated construction cost of $175.92 per square foot. The total project cost for this home is $151.84 per square foot.
RECOMMENDATION
Request approval of this SHIP rehabilitation/replacement program 1) Homeowner Assistance Agreement and 2) Grant Agreement for Case #RC25-SHIP-009.
FISCAL IMPACT
Funds are available in the Affordable Housing Trust Fund.
