DESCRIPTION
On June 1, 2021, the Board approved an agreement with N. Harris Computer Corporation (“Harris”) for support and maintenance of the Utilities Division’s customer service billing software. The agreement automatically extends each year so long as neither party terminates in accordance with the agreement. Pricing for the agreement is good through December 31, 2026.
On April 4, 2023, the Board approved Amendment No. 1 to clarify the reimbursement of mileage and associated travel costs incurred by Harris in its performance of the services.
On June 16, 2026, the Board approved Amendment No. 2 to update the software to the most recent version known as ServiceLink version 8.
This Amendment No. 3 adjusts the pricing for software subscription and maintenance services through December 31, 2031.
RECOMMENDATION
Request Board approve Amendment No. 3 to Master Agreement 21-047 with N. Harris Computer Corporation in the amount of $247,318.02.
FISCAL IMPACT
Funds are available within the Utilities Operating Fund.
