DESCRIPTION
Posner Business Center is a commercial development. This project received construction plan approval from Polk County on May 21, 2021, Posner Business Center is located in the N Regional Utility Service Area in S-17, T-26, R-27, and is located on Earnie Caldwell Boulevard in Davenport, Florida. All requirements for acceptance of the Posner Business Center potable water utility system improvements have been met. The Land Development Division has reviewed all of the documentation presented and recommends acceptance of these improvements.
RECOMMENDATION
Request Board accept the potable water utility system improvements of Posner Business Center for ownership, operation, and maintenance responsibilities by Polk County Utilities.
