DESCRIPTION
Parker Estates is a 25 lot single-family home development. This project received construction plan approval from Polk County on June 13, 2024, Parker Estates is located in the Northwest Regional Utility Service Area in S-14, T-29, R-23, and is located on Parker Road in Lakeland, Florida. All requirements for acceptance of the Parker Estates potable water utility system improvements have been met. The Land Development Division has reviewed all documentation presented and recommends acceptance of these improvements.
RECOMMENDATION
Request Board accept the potable water utility system improvements of Parker Estates for ownership, operation, and maintenance responsibilities by Polk County Utilities.
