On July 15, 2025, the Board accepted a performance surety bond in the amount of $270,650.73 for miscellaneous construction items. Inspections were performed concerning the miscellaneous construction items, until the recorded annexation to City of Lake Wales on August 15, 2025. The Land Development Division requests the Board release Performance Bond No. 874885 in the amount of $270,650.73.
RECOMMENDATION
Request Board approve the release of Performance Bond No. 874885 in the amount of $270,650.73 for Hickory Ridge Estates.
