County-initiated Large-Scale Comprehensive Plan text change amending the policies under Objective 2.124_4 Redevelopment Districts to update the list of districts and when the list is reviewed, prohibiting heavy and light industrial uses, specify that density and intensity increases, expedited permitting, and design flexibility may be permitted within or outside of a Redevelopment Plan.
