DESCRIPTION

The subject property is located south of State Road 540 (Cypress Gardens Boulevard), west of US Highway 27, east of Eloise Loop, north of Thompson Nursery Road, surrounded by the City of Winter Haven, in Sections 17, Township 29, and Range 27.

 

State law requires one Planning Commission hearing, which was held on November 5th, 2025, with a recommendation for approval (7:0). This is the first reading of the ordinance and the adoption hearing is scheduled for December 16th, 2025, at 9:15 a.m.
