DESCRIPTION
County-initiated Small Scale Comprehensive Plan Map Amendment to change the Future Land Use (FLU) designation from Institutional-1 (INST-1) to Recreation/Open Space (ROS) at the Highlands City Senior Field. The subject site is located 5901 Strickland Avenue, east of Yarborough Lane, north of CR 540A, south of Clubhouse Road, west of US 98 in Highlands City, north of Bartow and south of Lakeland in Section 14, Township 29, Range 24.
