DESCRIPTION
On August 4, 2026, the Board held a public hearing to consider an appeal of the Planning Commission’s decision to approve LDCU-2025-35. At the conclusion of the De Novo hearing, the Board voted 4-1 to deny the proposed Conditional Use application without prejudice. Pursuant to Florida Statutes section 125.022, the Board must adopt a written order specifying the reason for denial.
RECOMMENDATION
Request Board adopt the written order denying LDCU-2025-35 without prejudice.
